Articles of the „Budokai International Karate Organisation“.

§ 1.Name and chair:

Budokai International Karate Organisation-Leonardo Voinescu,abbreviated “BIKO”.

Fasanenweg 7, 90574 Roßtal,Germany.

§ 2.Purpose and Intention:

BIKO is practicing Sei Budokai Karate as life accompanyng martial art.BIKO’s purpose is to promote those interested in maintaining Sei Budokai Karate as a life accompanying martial art.

§ 3.Membership:

There are only single memberships within BIKO,meaning sportschools,clubs associations persist free in their composition and expansion.Every member of BIKO receives a pass.This will be annually authorised by the BIKO stamp.The membership and the approval of the BIKO association articles will be acknowledged by every particular member throught its signature.

§ 4.Cancellation:

The leaving is only possible at the end of a calendar year.The notice of resignation has to be addressed to BIKO in written form.With the ending of the membership all rights and responsibilities,resulting from membership,expire.The BIKO pass remains within the possession of the holder.All other data stay the BIKO.

§ 5.Data protection:

All data of the BIKO members will only be used or published within BIKO.

§ 6.BIKO Emblem:

The genuine BIKO emblem is registered trademark.For the usage a written permission is needed.Illegal usage of any kind will be persecuted.

§ 7.Financial Contributions:

BIKO raises fees to fulfil its tasks and for the provision of services.The amount and the due-date is written down in a scale of charges and fees.Honorary members are excempted from contributions.

§ 8.Recission:

In case of a recission of BIKO the residual capital or as the case may be existing liabilities are taken over by the holder of BIKO.Members are not entitled to raise claims.

§ 9.Liability:

For the instruction,curses,seminars,championships etc.no liability is assumed.In case of an accident the member is assuming del credere liability.An accident insurance as well as personal liability insurance is considered a necessity!

§10.Change of Articles:

The BIKO holder is allowed to change the articles if they are not seasonable anymore.
